Returns

I do not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final so please look at all photos provided. I try my best to accurately display items in natural lighting to the best of my ability. Please keep in mind that due to some monitor lighting settings colors can look different. If you are unhappy in anyway with your order please contact me and I will try my best to make it right due to your personal situation. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Shipping

The time I need to prepare your orders differ. There is a processing time for each order. But I try my best to ship your order with in 1-3 days. Please refer to the individual item for shipping details. Items ships with USPS. Once the package leaves Mojave Creeks hands we are not responsible for any post office delays or issues.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Mojave Creek is not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for international shipping costs.

Custom Orders

At this time I am unable to take on custom orders. In order to keep up with the volume of keeping my shop stocked I am not able to accept custom orders at this time.

Made To Order

At this time I do not have any made to order slots available. Please contact me if you have any questions on when items will come available.


Replacement Earrings

I will gladly replace a lost or missing earring for half of the original price of the earrings. Please allow 2 weeks for me to remake the earring. Shipping costs will be covered by the customer. Contact me if you need a replacement earring.

How To Care For Your Jewelry

Beadwork can lose the shape of its fringe if not stored properly. Please hang or lay your beadwork flat for the best care for your jewelry.
